Holiday season might be over already, but the cold weather would still continue to hang out for a little while. For that chillin’ climate, why don’t we go a little Icy-Blue and enjoy the cool moment while it lasts?
These frosty blue nails with glitter after-effect can be achieved using two varieties of nail polish. One for the base colour and the other one for the sparkle coating. The trick is almost the same as the one I used for my recent post "Nail Color of the Week: CELEBRITY Seen".
Now let’s start applying the colours!
Procedure:

Now let’s start applying the colours!
Procedure:
1. Apply two coatings of Color Trends “Celebrity Seen” to your finger nails. This will act as the base colour and let it dry before we proceed to the second one.
See this link to see how the nail looks like when the polish is applied as itself only.
2. Once dry, we can now put on the top coating which will create the “frosted” effect. For this, I used a lighter shade of blue glitter from Bobbie Premium Nail Care. One coating is enough for this, so the base colour beneath would still be appearing and would still be visible afterwards.
Here’s a closer look at the blending of colours.
3. You may also apply a clear gloss afterwards for that polished look.
And we’re absolutely done!
TIP: If you’re in a hurry and have no time to let your polish dry properly (without having those eiffin’ scratches and bumps), this is the right nail polish style for you. Why? Because the glitter effect makes those scrapes and marks definitely unnoticeable!
