1. You need to be an SSS Contributor (of course. LOL). Since this is online application, there will be less hassle on falling in lines and standing all day long to file your loan, however, you need to have an online SSS account. If you don't have it yet, you can register here <~~~
REMEMBER: You need to have your present employer's SSS number to be able to sign in an online account. You can ask your HR personnel and they can give it to you. Just tell them you'll be registering on SSS online =P
